Argentinean Resto on UWS - La Rural
Argentinians understand the cow. And we love them for it. Opened in the old Pampa space, La Rural will maintain the low-key South American vibe, but throw in a little extra carne. Go for the sumptuous Parrillada, a feast of shell steak, skirt steak, short ribs, sweetbread, Argentine sausage and blood sausage.
