Chilled..Like my champagne

Piper-Heidsieck is promoting a flamboyant new way of enjoying its Champagne this summer. Directly from its origins in the pavement cafés of the French Riviera. What!? Doesnt' everyone do the Riveira this time of year?

'Piper-Heidsieck Piscine' (French for swimming pool of course) is Champagne poured over ice. For home consumers, fill ice cube tray with PH cuvée brut. Place cubes into red piscine glass. Pour cuvée over cuvée ice cubes. Voila, ice-cold champagne!
