look For less: lovely louboutin — the cheapchica's guide to style

our fashion correspondent, liliana vazquez of cheap chica did a fierce job discovering louboutins for less!
i spent last weekend in new york city with my sweet husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the one thing we both love to do while we’re in the city is shop…yes, I am a lucky girl!
While we were at saks I tired on the louboutin feticha (above in black) and fell in love, unfortunately my husband did not agree…he said they looked too “smushy”! I think he was referring to the short toe box which IMO is fantastic b/c it makes your feet look tiny so if you’ve got a big foot, there shoes will give the illusion of a very small foot!
anyway, I left with dreams of all the outfits they would compliment so you can imagine how excited I was when I saw these fawson shoes at Aldo. They come in black leather, grey suede and tan suede and retail for $90 but I suspect they’ll be on sale in a few weeks so hold off… if you can resist!
nonetheless, these shoes are such a great “inspired by” version of the feticha and the perfect pump for work or play!!

fashion alchemy - mango and paulo coelho create solidarity t-shirts
- When you want something, the whole Universe conspires to help you realize your desire. - Everyone has a treasure that is waiting just for them. - Love is the key to understanding all mysteries. - What is the real "I"? It's what you are, not what others make of you. - The Good Fight is the one that we fight in the name of our dreams. - We are responsible for everything that happens in this world.
high street retailers partnering with high fashion designers is nothing new—but when one teams up with a famous author, well, you just don’t see that every day. enter mango—the spanish shop where we love to score sweet deals—with a new t-shirt line emblazoned with quotes by paul coelho. he’s author of more than 20 books, including the alchemist, which harvey weinstein is soon turning into a movie. the tees, with graphics that resemble book spines, feature inspirational bon mots like “everyone has a treasure that is waiting just for them,” and “when you want something, the whole universe conspires to help you realize your desire.” at $29.90, a portion of the proceeds go to coelho’s non-profit in his native brazil.

Imagine my surprise as I was shopping for my annual pilgrimage to Tulum, Mexico later this month to come upon this delicious surprise sandel, from Old Navy no less!!!
At $16.50 needless to say I am ordering all 5 colors. I don't know who is "guest revamping" in the design room at Old Navy but I can't get enough of their spring collection.

Woven Clutch
Source: WhoWhatWear.com
6. H&M Woven Clutch ($12.90)
While you’re more than welcome to buy a big-ticket tribal clutch from say, Oscar de la Renta or Fendi, there are also many other options that won’t max out your credit card. This fantastic (seriously, it’s amazing in person) woven clutch won’t be available at your local H&M until mid-February, but a piece with this price is worth the wait.
