Alexandra Raij and Eder Montero, the chefs behind Tia Pol and El Quinto Pino have gone solo. Say hello to their new casa at Txikito. The restaurant, pronounced chee-KEE-toe, means “little” in Basque. And with only 28 seats, it is little. Thankfully, authentic Basque-style tapas and a solid cocktail menu are worth the wait.
